Craig Witz, the principal of Witz Company, has 30+ years master planning and development experience with small and large independent living, assisted living, congregate and life plan communities nationwide. He is a member of Leading Age Wisconsin and is a licensed attorney.

He has been a speaker at various seniors housing industry forums including Leading Age, EFA, SAGE, AIA Design for Aging and other conferences, and has written articles on seniors housing for various industry publications including
